I have spent over 25 years at the intersection of people, organisations, and transformation.My career began in Human Resources — at Merloni, Danone, Ellesse/Pentland, and Ducati — where I developed a deep understanding of how people grow, perform, and thrive within complex organisations. Then came nearly two decades at Eli Lilly Italia, where I led HR, Communication, and Patient Advocacy, building bridges between science, institutions, and the human stories behind every disease.But transformation, for me, has never been only organisational.In parallel, I pursued a path inward: a Master’s in Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Clinical Practice at La Sapienza (110/110 with honours, in collaboration with UC San Diego), certification as an MBSR instructor, and now a specialisation in Spiritual Care within Palliative Medicine — recognised by the University of Florence.Today, I bring these two worlds together.As Sr Director AI for Healthcare & Patient Impact at ctcHealth, I work at the frontier of artificial intelligence applied to Life Sciences — developing strategy, building client relationships, and ensuring that innovation stays anchored to what matters most: real people, real impact.As a Mindfulness instructor and Spiritual Care practitioner, I guide individuals and groups through meditation, inner resilience, and end-of-life accompaniment.What connects everything I do is a single question: How do we make healthcare — and organisations — more human?If you work in healthcare, life sciences, patient advocacy, or conscious leadership, I’d love to connect.
