I have been gathering requirements, re-engineering work processes and implementing software products. It is a challenging task and there is always a crunch for time. Right action at the right time is a worthy job.

Heading the Product Enabling department, my department is responsible for setups, configurations, and implementation of all products falling under the ambit of OliveCliq HealthEco. These products include solely business oriented applications and those targeting not only business but also medical and related sciences. Our efforts are focused on standard implementations of these applications, enabling established standards such as ICD-10, CPT, LIONC. We target clients offering free of cost implementation of business and scientific applications, and cloud based service enabling 24/7 support for all services.

NIH Pakistan is a research institute, where laboratory studies are conducted mainly to fulfill the objectives of health surveillance and epidemiology. The product OliveLIMS enables a standard LIMS process, as complying ISO 15189 for hospital labs and ISO 17025 for independent labs. OliveLIMS implementation in NIH includes process customizations, reporting format customizations, staff trainings and work audits.

As HoD Enabling dept. leading the implementation of OliveCliq Laboratory Information Management System in NIH, Pakistan, in collaboration with World Health Organization (WHO).

My thesis was titled, Predictability in Diagnosis of Heart Diseases. It is an effort to implement ICD-10 as a Clinical Decision Support system. This system is a little early for both ICD and Pakistan. Although, Pakistan is moving towards standardized health information but our goal is yet far ahead of us. ICD -10 is also incomplete it requires extension. I have one publication titled; Standardizing and Improving Heart Diseases Diagnosis Using ICD-10 Symptoms and Conditions.
