As a Planning Engineer at HTMA Engineering Services, I am responsible for developing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. I worked as a Junior Planning Engineer. My responsibilities included assisting in the preparation of work schedules, monitoring project progress, and tracking the utilization of resources. I supported senior staff in overseeing daily activities and ensuring that work proceeded according to the project plan. I also communicated with site staff and management to keep all stakeholders informed. This role helped me develop time management skills and improve my ability to work efficiently on construction projects.

During my tenure as a Trainee Planning Engineer at Jahangir Construction, I gained valuable hands-on experience in the planning and management of construction projects. I assisted in the preparation of work schedules, tracked project progress, and supported senior planning engineers in resource allocation and time management. My responsibilities included analyzing project timelines, identifying potential delays, and contributing to progress reports. This experience provided me with a strong understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and the importance of effective communication between teams. I was able to apply my technical knowledge to real-world projects, strengthening my skills in project planning and problem-solving.
