Heading Overall Procurement and Supply Chain Management for Commercial Refregeration Product (Deep Freezer and Visi Cooler Product) at Haier 1) Strategic leadership for the entire Supply Chain function, including Local Sourcing, Import Sourcing, Stores & Warehousing, Logistics and Production Planning & Control. 2) Drive procurement excellence through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and global sourcing initiatives. Lead international procurement operations, import management, customs compliance, freight optimization, and supply risk mitigation. 3) Lead cost reduction, Productivity improvement and value engineering programs to improve margins and operational performance. 4) Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, components and capital equipment. 5) Handle import procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders,international logistics coordination, customs clearance duty optimization, and regulatory compliance. 6) Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, value engineering, and negotiation.

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management: •Develop and manage the Sourcing for all products, ensuring cost efficiency and quality control. •Perform detailed BOM (Bill of Materials) Cost and Part Cost analysis to optimize profitability. •Lead Commodity Analysis to forecast trends, manage risk, and secure advantageous supply agreements. •Manage key supplier relationships and oversee the integration of new product features and components into the supply chain. Plant Operations & Development •Lead the planning and execution for the setup of new Green Field Plants, including site selection and foundational infrastructure development. •Manage the selection, procurement, installation, and optimization of Machinery and Conveyance/Conversion systems to maximize manufacturing throughput and quality. Oversee and direct key Plant Operation initiatives, focusing on efficiency and quality. Team Leadership & Compliance •Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus within the product organization. •Ensure all product strategies and operations align with company values and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and intellectual property protection. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management •Spearhead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all product lines. •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through launch and eventual phase-out. •Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless, timely, and successful product launches. •Conduct continuous market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
