Root cause analysis with proper counter measure of Dornier BOPET Lines, Bruckner BOPP&BOPET (8.7Mtr.) Lines, Metallizer (General vacuum &Applied Topmet), Holography, Recycling plant (Erema) and all Slitters (Kampf, Fuji, Goebel, Kody, Dahua, Sheet cutting M/C etc..). Conduct various shutdown & Breakdown maintenance of various section like RMF, Casting, Extruder, MDO, TDO, Take-up & Transfer, PRS, Winder, Recycling, Holography, Slitter and Metallizer. Maintenance and overhauling (Dismantling, Inspection, Repair/Replacement of internal parts) of Extruder, MDO Roller, TDO Chain (SSDC&HS-9, FOK 4.4.6 & FOK 4.4.8), Gearbox, Water & Hot oil Pumps, Couplings, Rotary Union, Hyd. Cylinder and Roots Blowers etc. Troubleshooting the technical faults and coordinating in regular preventive and corrective maintenance for reducing machinery downtime. Maintain and check all checklist on daily basis. Followed strictly lubrication and preventive maintenance schedule. Checked & indent all required spares & tools. Organizing Monthly, Half-yearly and annually shutdown. Conduct Condition Monitoring (Vibration, Temperature, Sound, & Leakage) of ABC ranking equipment. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of spare parts, ensuring their availability and timely delivery. Fully involve in TPM activities like Kaizen sheet, OPLS, GTFC, 5’S, TPM pillars etc. Executing and maintaining ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001and ISO 22000) in plant.
