Responsible for vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, project execution, preventive maintenance, and ensuring uninterrupted facility operations.

Managed multiple EXL Service sites, overseeing 11 kV electrical infrastructure, DG sets, HVAC systems, air-conditioning infrastructure, and building utility operations. Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance, regular inspections, and effective vendor management. Maintained high SLA performance standards, managed maintenance budgets, procurement, and BOQ preparation for spares and projects. Monitored energy, water, and environmental performance through detailed reporting and analysis. Ensured safe work practices through permit-to-work systems, maintained equipment history records, and prepared weekly, monthly, RCA, and CAPA reports to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all sites.

Shift Engineer – Facilities & Critical Infrastructure Tier -3 DC Worked as a Shift Engineer managing mission-critical facility operations with focus on electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, power backup, and life safety systems. Responsible for 24×7 operations, preventive maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring uptime of all critical equipment as per SLA. Key Responsibilities & Achievements Operated and maintained 33 kV power system, including SF6 breakers, HT panels, and power distribution. Managed 3 × 3600 kVA transformers and ensured smooth load sharing and fault-free operation. Handled UPS infrastructure up to 10 × 800 kVA, including battery banks and DC power plants. Operated 5 × 400 TR chiller plants, in-row RC systems for high-density applications, DX units, PAHUs (20 × 24 TR), humidifiers, and precision cooling systems. Maintained 5 × 2000 kVA DG sets with 50 KL HSD storage, including fuel management, load testing, and synchronization. Monitored and controlled systems through BMS for electrical, HVAC, and utility performance. Operated and maintained Fire Alarm System, VESDA, and Novec gas suppression system, ensuring full compliance with safety standards. Managed PA system, emergency announcements, and critical alerts. Performed Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) computation and supported energy conservation initiatives. Prepared and submitted daily logs, weekly reports, monthly MIS, and incident reports.
