About

I've always been goal-oriented and determined to achieve what I set out to do. I remember in fifth grade, I asked my dad to enroll me in a more challenging school to set myself up for a better university education. This decision-making process, often characterized by cold rationality, has been a defining trait throughout my life. When I decided to pursue an MBA, I strategically mapped out the path of what exactly I needed to complete and achieve in order to work for the companies I targeted in the United States. This meticulous preparation isn’t a burden but rather a highlight of my journey. I thrive on proving doubters wrong, a motivation that has turbo-charged my progress through various stages of life. My passion for fixing things started young. When I was nine, I electrocuted myself trying to repair a broken doorbell but it was worth it because I learned how to solve the problem. This innate curiosity and drive to problem-solve led me to engineering. I thrive when I’m identifying broken processes and finding innovative solutions, whether it was my programming a game when I was ten or optimizing manufacturing processes at Kraft, where I led a project that saved $3 million annually by improving the efficiency of Tang's production lines. One of my proudest achievements was a project that saved $100 million in Google Play refunds by identifying key indicators and implementing effective solutions. The challenge of impactful problem-solving keeps me engaged and passionate about my work. I'm drawn to companies that solve meaningful problems and need to improve processes. Whether it’s by managing a team or solving a technical issue, my goal is always to make a significant, positive difference. I excel in environments that foster innovation and present concrete problems to solve. My leadership style focuses on empowering teams to innovate, ensuring problems are tackled through creativity rather than regulation. I emphasize the importance of logical decision-making, simplifying tasks, and eliminating the non-essential. As a leader, I guide my teams to identify the core problems and optimize solutions, removing emotion from the decision-making process to focus on impactful results. This approach aligns with my belief that significant progress is driven by innovative solutions.
