I am responsible for leading and managing the company, overseeing business operations, setting strategic goals, and making key decisions. My role includes guiding the team, managing finances, developing partnerships, and ensuring the successful import, sale, and installation of padel courts.

As an IT Service Professional, I was responsible for ensuring that employees' devices all throughout the globe were up to date and functioning correctly. My duties included managing lost devices, coordinating the return of loaned devices, updating loans to primary devices upon request, handling the replacement of broken devices, etc.

Six month internship. I worked in the area of ​​quality management, where I visited each of the bases once a week to solve problems and make sure there was continuous improvement. In addition, I tracked the different files that had to be submitted for a certificate of excellence. I also helped with regular HR tasks.
