Key achievements include: • Built the Spanish subsidiary from zero revenue into a profitable operation generating €12.2M revenue and €3.9M EBITDA, achieving ROCE above 30% • Created and developed the LATAM Business Unit, generating €27.5M revenue and €12M EBITDA, representing more than one third of total group EBITDA • Established subsidiaries in Chile, Peru and Brazil, with distributor networks across additional Latin American markets • Led international teams of more than 120 employees with full P&L responsibility • Developed strategic partnerships with major industrial contractors and rental companies including KAEFER, Doka, Alsina and STEN • Successfully led complex legal and operational actions to protect company assets.
