Santhosh Reddy

As a Development Architect, Santhosh is involved in leading a team responsible for developing Reporting solutions for the Zoom platform (browser based video collaboration tool) and also in building a PDS (Public Display Systems) management system. Santhosh is also involved in shaping the UI/UX experience of the entire Zoom platform, evaluating and suggesting the best front end technologies for the Zoom platform.

As a Technical Manager, Santhosh was involved in building a team responsible for developing solutions for various business processes. As a learning catalyst, Santhosh was also responsible for initiating various learning activities within Mindtree, mentoring project teams, facilitating sessions on various topics, including Design Thinking, Responsive Web Design, Bootstrap, D3js, etc., For one of the leading Financial Services companies in the US, Santhosh was involved in developing applications for various business processes including processing Credit Action Requests, calculating Net Available Commitments etc.,

During this period, Santhosh was involved in various Pre-sales activities, mentoring project teams, training campus recruits, etc., For Vericrest, Santhosh was responsible in building applications for various businesses and was involved in automating business processes including Property Valuations, Loan Boarding Services, UPS Printing Application etc.,

When Vericrest Financial, Inc. (Vericrest) bought the home lending business from one of the Fortune 500 financial services companies, all the home lending applications had to be brought to Vericrest. Santhosh was involved in setting up the IT infrastructure and for re-designing and migrating all the home lending applications to Vericrest. Santhosh also helped in automating most of the business processes used by the business.

For one of the Fortune 500 financial services companies, Santhosh was involved in developing a multi-factor authentication (MFA) system to be used by all applications within the company. The MFA system was developed as a service and integrated with the Verisign Indentity Protection Authentication Services and Fraud Detection Services. Santhosh was also involved in developing a Loan Prescreen service to prescreen all the applicants for their eligibility using the Experian bereau.

As part of Microsoft Platform Group (MSPG), Santhosh was involved in building the Agility Suite (blueprints, reference implementations & software factories) which was used by all the .NET projects within Mindtree to structure their applications. The Agility Suite was integrated directly into Visual Studio and was developed using Guidance Automation Toolkit (GAT), Guidance Automation Extensions (GAX), Enterprise Library and T4 Templating Engine for code generation. Santhosh was also responsible for setting up the first ever Grid Computing framework within Mindtree using the open source Alchemi framework.
