This grant funded position is responsible for the following functions: Using data to help teachers identify and group children who need additional supports. Helping teachers develop and implement classroom-based, developmentally appropriate. interventions for individual children and groups of children to enhance their acquisition of social/emotional and cognitive skills. Supporting teachers in documenting children’s progress. And using instructional and behavioral support tools (SST forms, functional behavior. assessment and behavior management plans) effectively in order to stimulate a conducive learning environment.

* Created narrative reports describing events that have happened, such as confidential reports, incident reports, disciplinary reports, special observation reports, etc. * Documented daily events between shifts, such as with inventory logs and narrative logs. * Used verbal and listening skills to determine potential inmate problems, such as suicide risk, intoxication, drug usage, assaultive behavior, etc. * Prepared inmates for transportation through search and application of appropriate restraining devices, depending on security level, and ensures all related materials to be transported with inmate are ready and in order. * Used conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to defuse disruptive behaviors.

This position is responsible for the following functions: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Working with senior management to develop an acceptable set of procedures to track materials throughout the material's life with the company. Making sure proper forms and records are filed upon materials' receipt to ensure vendors are providing all of the ordered materials and deal with any potential discrepancies. And filing regular reports to be reviewed by senior management that details material flow, discrepancies between actual inventory and recorded inventory, along with any other concerns.
