1. Responsible for ensuring 100% Compliance in TAG Processes by making sure that correct processes are being followed and the hiring approvals are inplace before conducting any drives. 2. Ensuring that proper timelines are being maintained between each stage of requirement and in case of Non Joiners offers are being marked as inactive as soon as the Aging appears. 3. Ensuring that Proper pipeline is being build with the help of healthy WIP's and those WIP's are converted into Offers. 4. Highlighting the area where Aging is very high in the Recruitment Process and gap. 5. Ensuring that their is a transparency in the fitment process and proper rules are being followed. 6. Responsible for handling end to end drives for critical requirements starting from Co-Sourcing of Profiles with the Sourcing team followed interview rounds. 7. Involved in Daily Cadence Call with the TAG Leads and TAG Head where the discussion revolves around the Hiring Process , challenges faced by the recruiters, Offers released etc.

1. Provided meaningful insights and data trends based on the requirements from Head HR or leadership teams. 2. Prepared TAG related Dashboards and predicted the Joining Ratios of different Units. 3. Prepared the Recruiter Productivity Dashboards and identifying the Recruiters with highest offer roll outs. 4. Prepared TAG Leads wise Productivity Dashboards which shows how much was the offer target per unit and how much the units have actually achieved. This analysis helped us in identifying the pain area in the Offer generations process.

Involved in continuous interactions with Clients to get an understanding of the functional requirement. Have a strong understanding of Agile framework and Project Management Tool - JIRA. Prepared a test plan which consist of various test scenarios and then share the same with the Business Analyst and client for their approvals. Created User stories in Jira with appropriate acceptance criteria and mapped the respective user stories with each test cases. Performed System Integration Testing and also supported other QA members in their usecases. Have worked with onsite validation team for getting approvals for test cases. Helped the clients in performing the User Acceptance Testing.
