* Working on the Service Desk meant I was the first point of contact with all clients wanting to engage with our technical support teams. During this time I focused on a customer centric approach whilst expanding my technical knowledge. * During my one year placement at ArcelorMittal, I worked as part of a small team of 30 people directly with the Marketing manager. I supported all administrative areas of this department and participated in weekly conference calls with European country heads. We produced weekly reports to aid future strategic resource and competition planning. Summary of key skills and duties: * Supported Marketing Manager in all administrative areas * Experience in project management * Liaising weekly with European countries heads of departments * Enabled decisions to be made as part of a team * Preparing and presenting reports and presentations for senior management – based on industry benchmarking of inventory * Participating in conference calls with other European marketing managers – feeding back on industry and competitor analysis
