Organise Faculty development program, development of microelectronics research facilities, UG and PG device labs at ECE dept IIT Roorkee.

Manage and lead MeitY Govt of India funded faculty development program in E&ICT domain, E&ICT academy also provides transformational learning and skilling for the working professionals and young learners.

Planning TIDES incubation centre activities, operations, business plan review, monitoring and coordinating TIDES startups, Interaction of TIDES centre with various other entrepreneurship activities of IIT Roorkee and outside for conducting events. Creating and liaising mentors.

Manage/Lead the Activities of the Centre, Short courses, Executive Programs, PG Certificate Programs

Stringer free Si nanowire MOSFET technology for parasitic free Si nanowire circuit fabrication and reliable Cu plug process technology for sub 100nm technology nodes. Guided UG students.

Transistor module process setup/transfer of nanoscale 8F2/6F2 DRAM Technologies. Capacitor module process setup/transfer. Reliability qualification and process improvements for reliability failures. Design of experiments for process margin checks, tool matching and cost reduction. Parametric monitoring and matching of tools parametric and probe indices. Bench characterizations (using HP4156) and CMOS device/process simulations using Silvaco tools Athena/Atlas and for transistor parametric/refresh improvements. Process improvements/optimization for yield and refresh enhancement. Supervise process Techs to manage projects. Conduct training courses DRAM and CMOS to fresh hires
