Reviewed the complete project scope to understand client requirements and created a practical timeline covering design, procurement, fabrication, testing, and inspection phases, ensuring on-time delivery. Delivered design calculations and material drawings that met client specifications, optimized for both budget and material availability in the market. Prepared bills of materials (BOM), estimated steel and material requirements, and coordinated procurement activities to meet project deadlines. Produced detailed fabrication drawings for the production team and provided technical guidance during manufacturing when needed. Handled documentation for materials, testing, and inspections, and coordinated with third-party inspection agencies to support certifications and compliance. Actively assisted in third-party activities such as lifting equipment inspections, NDT evaluations, and Zone 2 hazardous area certifications. Key Projects Handled: Design of skid-mounted equipment including Transfer C-pumps, Nitrogen Pump Units, Cementing Pumps, Control Cabins, and Twin Batch Mixers (2x35 BBL). Design and structural calculation of Twin Pump units in accordance with DNV 2.7-3 (Type A). Structural design and load calculations of skids as per DNV 2.7-1 standards. Selection and design validation of lifting sets as per DNV lifting requirements. Ensured that all designs were compliant with relevant standards and ready for inspection and certification, supporting smooth execution from design to delivery.

Visited project sites to take accurate physical measurements, ensuring that designs were based on actual site conditions. Handled the full mechanical design process—from initial concept through fabrication and production—while coordinating closely with design and production teams. Prepared detailed bills of materials (BOM) and ensured all designs complied with relevant industry standards.
