Sanjay Sethi is a board-ready hospitality, real estate, and consumer-services leader with over three decades of experience building scaled businesses, stewarding brands, and guiding asset-intensive platforms through growth, listing, and transformation. He brings a distinctive blend of entrepreneurial judgment and public-company leadership. His career spans luxury hospitality, brand creation, and institutional scale—having founded and grown a hospitality brand from inception and later leading the successful IPO and transformation of a ~$2 billion hospitality-real-estate platform. Across roles, his focus has remained consistent: disciplined capital allocation, operating excellence, brand integrity, and long-term value creation. A Certified Independent Director, Sanjay is recognised for his governance mindset and boardroom maturity. He brings a balanced perspective across strategy, risk, ESG integration, leadership succession, and stakeholder alignment. He is actively engaged in policy advocacy, served on the management committee and as Honorary Treasurer of the Hotel Association of India, having chaired the Tourism Subcommittee of Confederation of Indian Industry (Western Region), and contributing to the National Executive Committee of FICCI on Urban Development and Real Estate.
