Key Responsibilities Managing team of 50 high performing relationship managers handling all major corporates in Core sector, catering to all Banking requirements.  Business development – Meeting with clients (Promoters/CXOs) and identifying banking opportunities for the Bank.  P&L and Balance Sheet Target – Achieving P&L target for the Bank through income earned (interest, fees, treasury, etc), Asset target through sanctioning and disbursement of fund based and non-fund based facilities, and Liability target through deposits and CASA.CC  Cross Sell – Achieve high cross sell for all existing and new clients and providing entire product suite of the Bank including structured loans, project finance, investment banking, trade finance, treasury, transaction banking, salary accounts, CASA, etc.  Working on transactions through entire lifecycle including sourcing, appraisal, structuring, presentation to credit committee, finalizing of terms and conditions, negotiating terms with client, and deepening the relationships through increased Cross Sell. Previous Role - Head of Product Groups (Structured and Project Finance) for West and South covering infrastructure sectors including Power, Renewable Energy, Oil &Gas, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Mining and Urban Infra

Responsibilities: Performing project appraisal for oil and gas sector. Evaluated the EAST – WEST pipeline of Reliance Industries and evaluated Buy vs Rent options for Rig of KG D6 Project

Credit Manager for large corporates such as Tata Group, HLL, Bajaj Auto, AV Birla Group, etc. Worked on several transactions involving fund based and non-fun based facilities for such corporates

Performing rating and providing advisory services for various infrastructure sectors. Preliminary study of divestment committee of India, credit capacity assessment of power, steel & telecom projects.

Developing coal based thermal power projects on EPC and BOOT basis for the group.
