As an executive, I establish strategy; as a technical team leader, I translate innovation into reality, with new wireless programs, products, and services. I have extensive experience of product management and all stages of product development—strategic market analysis, product specifications, architecture, design, software specifications and design, system implementation and verification, product certification, and deployments. I am an architect of various US Tier1 wireless networks (5G, LTE, TD-LTE, WiMAX, EVDO and CDMA) and wireless network products (RAN, Core, small cells, enterprise networks, virtualization and EMS), created wireless network eco-system in many generations (‘G”s) and commercially deployed various industry 1st products, features and services. Extensive experience of providing professional services and managing commercial wireless networks. I negotiated multiple >$1B technical contracts and supported CxO level discussions. I have excellent business development and customer-relationship skills. I am always perceived as a trusted partner by customers and peers in the industry. I led cross-functional international organizations and improved process and quality of products. My earlier research and development leadership roles in wireless system software development, Systems engineering and architecture are emblematic of my influence and leadership within it.
