*  Validation of service invoices for payment. *  Process all statuary payment on time. *  TDS calculation and payment also working for TDS return. *  Working of monthly expenses provision. *  Receive advance requisition from buyer, get them checked and arrange for payments. *  Verifying all cash expenses. *  Supplier reconciliation on quarterly basis. *  Booking of all the debit & credit note related to AP. *  Making exposure report for treasury team to smooth fund arrangement. *  Working to reduce all aged item. *  Fixed asset tagging & verification. *  Taking care for inter company cross charges. *  Resolving supplier query related to payment.

*  Receive bills from vendors, get them checked and arrange for payments. *  Collect the necessary information and the source documents related to the financial transactions from the concerned people in the organization to update the daily Reports & MIS. *  Maintain petty cash book & making entries under appropriate account head of the book. *  Submit monthly reports regarding the expenses and cashbook balances. *  Pass the entries of expenses & income in SAP & TALLY. *  Assist in internal and external auditing procedures to supply the necessary information and supporting documents to auditors.
