Led and managed unit projects for 40+ growth-based startups during my initial two years. SPOC for brands/CXOs from diverse domains of Edtech, Media, Gaming, Cosmetics, FinTech, etc. Was responsible for B2B partnerships(Business Development) & project management for companies across Africa and India. Tried my hand out for a year later at defining, re-defining processes, auditing & quality assurance, and in-built structures for the overall B2C ecosystem. *Currently focused on building the services side of the business by leading delivery & engagement operations for our customers by managing a team of six professionals.
