With a postgraduate degree in Personnel management and Industrial relations (PMIR), I am a HRM expert with over 9 years of experience in various industries, including IT, FMCG, metal and mining, and steel. I have developed competencies in Talent Acquisition & management, strategic HRM, performance management, and HR Operations and I am passionate about using data and analytics to optimize HR processes and outcomes. Currently, I am a Team Lead at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), one of the top FMCG manufacturers, where I oversee Talent Acquisition, end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management for over 700+ employees. I am responsible for driving the talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with the company's policies and values. I have also led new initiatives, challenges, and projects to enhance the organizational brand and culture at my previous employers, Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. and JSW Infrastructure Ltd. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations I work with, by empowering and enabling the human capital.
