Outside of recruitment, I’m putting my energy into Saks’ Inclusion Resource Group, where we make sure diversity and inclusivity aren’t just “nice-to-haves” but a core part of our DNA. When I'm not recruiting the next big talent, you can find me nose-deep in a self-help book, trying to figure out how to be 1% better every day (because, who’s counting?, also small progress is still progress) plus I’m always on the hunt for new research or life hacks—whether it's how to improve productivity or how to trick my brain into believing I’m a morning person (still working on that one).
