My passion lies in delivering exceptional experiences—whether through top-notch service or seamless operations. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from IHM Bangalore, where I built a strong foundation across guest services, event management, F&B operations, and sales. I currently work as an Assistant Facility Manager, running day-to-day operations for large sites and ensuring SLA/KPI delivery. My work spans soft services (housekeeping, front-of-house, pantry), vendor and contract management, budgets and procurement, audits, and EHS/statutory compliance. I partner closely with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency, improve occupant experience, and keep operations safe, reliable, and cost-effective. I’m comfortable with CAFM tools, PPM schedules, AMCs, and continuous improvement projects that reduce downtime and elevate service quality. I’m especially interested in new ways to enhance customer/employee experience and streamline operations through data-driven decisions and practical innovation.
