Mainly my responsibilities are as per below - Making and analyzing Job Description - Posting it to various job portals - Sourcing relevant resources (LinkedIn & Rozee) - Telephonic screening of shortlisted resumes - Scheduling interviews with Clients - Follow-ups with client regarding interviewed resources and upcoming positions - Salary negotiations - Preparation of offer letter and documentation of successful resources - Managing payroll and commission sheets.

My JD at Bunny`s Limited was as under: - Carrying out the recruitment process, starting from requisition till induction. - Handling employee enquiries and solving their issue and grievances proactively. - Managing the BMS and Payroll Systems of the company - Preparing monthly salaries of all the employees - Bring transparency in the implementation of Company Policies - Involve in attendance & Leave Management - Incharge of OFI and Complaint cell - Playing a role of Internship Supervisor - Coordinating with the manager for assessing training needs. - Planning, designing and arranging internal & external training of employees with the guidance of HR Manager - Arranging and giving training to lower staff - Working on the implementation of 5S Strategy at office level and cascading the same to other departments
