Lead overseas procurement and global sourcing, negotiating supplier contracts to achieve cost optimisation and supply continuity. Manage import operations, including customs clearance, shipping documents. Drive supply chain optimisation through supplier performance reviews, risk mitigation, inventory control, and lead-time reduction.

Prepare and control export–import documentation (B/L, invoices, customs declarations) to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure on-time delivery. Track shipments, analyse freight cost performance, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Manage export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and adherence to international trade regulations. Liaise with shipping lines and forwarders to ensure on-time shipment delivery and rapid issue resolution.

Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin (Form D, Form E, COO). Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to manage outbound logistics and resolve shipment delays. Monitor shipment status and maintain accurate export records for reporting and audits.

Ensure full compliance with BOI regulations across import and export activities. Coordinate international shipments with internal teams, forwarders, and customs authorities. Monitor shipment movements to ensure delivery accuracy and regulatory adherence.
