Coordinate with internal customer’s parties, carrier and broker to pick up and deliver container to customer on time. In charged of solving issues related to carrier (container pick-up, vessel delay, shortage space,..) Pricing spot-buy. Query Resolution with shippers/Customers/Key Account Managers/other stakeholders, timely resolution and response to customers. Mainly in charge of working with insurers and all related parties for claim process. Issue commercial invoice from SAP. Manage D&D, Routing Guide Compliance. Prepare and submit all required documents from Manager/Customers/Other stakeholders. Maintain a Customer centric approach thereby helping to avoid occurrence of errors and take preventive measures to eliminate repetition of errors. Work out short-term and long-term solutions for ad-hoc issues and improve import processes. Maintain tracking milestones and handle daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI.
