Sandy Schleuning, PMP

My passion is developing and delivering software projects that enable the organization to meet and exceed client expectations. My 20+ years of IT project management experience includes four ERP implementations. I've managed multi-year, multi-country projects with diverse teams as large as 50+ team members and budgets up to $4.4MM. I strive to continuously expand my skill set, and learn new things--most recently Solution Manager Focused Build functionality. I'm proud to say that I love my job. I enjoy sharing ideas with others, challenging myself, and acting as a mentor for my peers. I value diversity, and build strong, inclusive teams. I have a track record of managing complex business transformation initiatives both in the U.S and Europe. My strong leadership abilities as well as my interpersonal skills allow me to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders across all levels within the organization and from diverse cultures. I believe that including organization change management practices in IT projects helps to increase adoption and thereby assure long-lasting business value. I coach others in our Change Management Practitioners Community of Practice and enjoying training others.
