Head writer on the first season of the half hour drama series "Cabu Cabu", a re-imagining of the HBO show, In Treatment, of the following the fares and affairs of a taxi driver in Lagos. Over six months I was in charge of researching and writing thirteen half hour episodes of television, while working as head of a three person writing team to ensure that cultural realism was paramount within the scripts.

Currently writing and developing a feature length film based on an original idea by Barnsbury Pictures.

Kites and Violence is a professionally minded writing group for people serious about being professional writers. We use actors to put on rehearsed readings and then offer an in depth, thorough critique of the work. We believe that good writers don’t want to be congratulated for getting up in the morning or for just being themselves, we believe they want to know how to get better, and to surround themselves with people who want to help them. Our reputation for thorough, honest feedback has allowed our membership to grow exponentially from when we first began, and we look forward to continuing to work with new writers and help people gain the practice and experience they may need to succeed in the industry.

As the head writer at Box Room Films, I'm in charge of either writing, or overseeing the writing of all of our scripted content, as well as developing new ideas for scripted or unscripted shows. In 2013 we created the world's first rom-com-cooking show, Comfort Food, and in 2014 we have a slate of six new shows being produced, to be released starting this Summer. Comfort Food - A six part rom-com-cooking show following a long distance couple who attempt to keep their relationship alive by learning to cook desserts together on the phone. We follow them as they tackle the obstacles that come from maintaining a long distance relationship, and take an honest and heartfelt look at two people finding a way to make it work. All Good Things - A collection of short monologues offering a detailed and varied look at relationships after they have ended. Poimtry - A collection of short romantic poems by professional flirting consultant, Sandy Nicholson, animated in the style of children's drawings. More shows to come in 2014!
