I founded Unique Lifestyle in 1998. I am a Nutritional consultant / coach, author, facilitator and speaker. I am passionate about empowering people to reach their potential. I specialize in providing an integrated approach to wellness with the focus on changing behaviour and thinking. I consult with individuals (in person & Skype) re weight loss & healthy eating and Corporate clients regarding wellness programmes. Each client is unique and I adapt my approach according to their needs. I have designed and developed wellness tools to complement the healthy eating programme. These sets of cards and book are designed to help motivate, inspire and reinforce change in behaviour and mindset. I am author of "Low fat food for your mind, body and soul." which deals not only with the food your body needs but also with the nourishment you need in mind and soul to successfully lose weight.
