After serving on the Young and Hungry Board of year, I succeeded Charlotte Bates as Chair in April. Young and Hungry has recently completed the 2011 Festival of New Theatre at Bats. Young and Hungry is New Zealand’s leading arts organisation providing mentorship and development opportunities for young people in all facets of professional theatre, including: acting, playwriting, stage management, costumes, set design, lighting, sound design and publicity.

* Responsibilities included internal and external comms * raising sponsorship monies for key industry events and for the organisation * worked on key government submissions and policy documents affecting the domestic screen production industry * day to day running of the office.

Responsible for managing production, delivery, contracting, domestic and international sales and marketing of NZFC short film slate. Attended and managed NZFC's attendance at annual International short film market/festival to screen, promote and sell NZFC short films.
