My objective is to enhance my personal skills, experience and knowledge in a wide range of operational performance areas and management structures, whilst investigating and implementing activities and procedures to improve safety standards and increase operational capabilities at all levels. I have been heavily involved in Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and a strict Health and Safety culture for over 20 years. This is an area that I am keen to develop together with the knowledge gained at QISC as to the expectations of an HLO, HERTM and OERTM etc, and feel that I can provide a valuable insight into emergency responses both with regular drills and scenario based training. I am familiar with all aspects of a safety remit and have experience in statistical analysis, record keeping, auditing and the subsequent use of findings to drive a continued development programme based on the correlation of results.
