I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data. I maintain data dictionary, business glossary, and data lineage, ensuring that all data definitions and relationships are well-documented and standardized. I also develop and enforce data quality rules, monitor compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency and accessibility, all while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

I was responsible for the data migration project in Girteka within Transport Asset Management department. Project Overview: • Legacy System: MS Axapta • Target System: SAP • Module: VMS (Vehicle Management System) • Project Type: Data Migration Responsibilities: 1. System analysis: Evaluate source and target systems, scrutinizing requirements, metadata, and relationships between data elements. 2. Data Extraction: Extract data into an intermediate database, enabling manipulation, cleansing, and transformation without disrupting live operational data. 3. Data Profiling: Thoroughly examine the data for quality, completeness, accuracy, consistency, and patterns. 4. Data Cleansing: Cleanse the data to eliminate duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values, and formatting errors. 5. Mapping and Transformation: Define how data in the existing system aligns with the data structure and requirements of the SAP VMS module. This includes mapping data fields, ensuring data compatibility, and transforming data as needed. 6. Automated ETL: Collaborate with IT in ETL automation tools implementation. Support configuring and executing automated workflows. 7. Data QA (Quality Assurance): Implement automated QA measures to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. 8. Data Validation: Validate post-ETL data with key stakeholders to meet expectations and requirements. 9. Data Loading: Collaborate with IT on loading processes, ensuring data alignment with SAP standards. 10. Software QA (Quality Assurance): Post-migration software testing to validate the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of the target system. 11. Monitoring and Support: Monitor and support UAT processes. 12. Documentation: Document the entire data migration process, including data mapping, transformation rules, and issue resolutions. 13. System integration: Provide support for integration between the existing system and SAP VMS module.

In my role as a Transportation Process Analyst within the Run & Improvement team, I took the lead in analyzing and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
