As a writer, I focus on crafting chronicles, poetry, podcast scripts, and children's literature. With two published books, I am currently working on my first novel. My writing is inspired by my travels, diverse professional experiences, and meaningful encounters throughout my life. I also work as a creative writing mentor, offering personalized support to individuals who want to develop literary projects or establish a writing routine. As a creative writing workshop facilitator, I design and lead customized activities for groups, exploring various themes and encouraging the discovery of new literary voices and styles. My podcasting experience includes producing and scripting narratives and interviews, as well as providing consultancy for those looking to launch their first podcast. Additionally, I work as a ghostwriter, creating content for websites, e-books, and social media, helping brands and individuals tell their stories in an engaging and authentic way.

I developed advanced writing skills across various fields, including literary writing, verbal and audiovisual narratives (spanning radio, television, cinema, and digital platforms), journalistic writing, and writing for performing arts such as theater, video, and cinema. I deepened my critical understanding of language and writing, exploring creative practices in both fictional and non-fictional forms. My work emphasized the value of experimentation and the invention of new writing forms, recognizing it as a defining practice in the arts and humanities and a fundamental expression of creativity and innovation in the contemporary world.

I was responsible for developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies for credit products, including vehicle financing, payroll loans, and credit cards. I represented the institution on the Executive Fraud Prevention Committee at Febraban (Brazilian Federation of Banks), leading initiatives aimed at risk mitigation. I managed transactional fraud prevention processes for credit cards and collaborated with business squads as a subject matter expert, contributing to the design of safer customer journeys with enhanced user experiences. Additionally, I evaluated technological solutions from vendors and partner companies (such as biometrics, OCR, geolocation technologies, and external bureaus), consistently aiming to improve fraud prevention processes and customer satisfaction.

I was responsible for defining the Fraud Prevention strategy for Ideological Fraud in Personal and Business Checking Accounts, both in physical branches and digital accounts, Credit Cards, and other Credit products at Santander. I led performance studies on Fraud Prevention tools and analyzed data on prevented and detected fraud. I worked as an expert within the Business team, collaborating on structuring onboarding flows, credit granting processes, and evaluating fraud prevention tools. I led the innovation of prevention tools, including Biometrics, OCR, Geolocation technologies, and External Bureaus, always focusing on continuous process improvement and loss reduction. Additionally, I managed a team of 4 people.

I was responsible for the strategy of Ideological and Documentary Fraud Prevention for Bradesco's Digital Banks, including Banco NEXT and the Bradesco Digital Account Opening through the app. I defined the enrollment processes with a focus on security in digital account openings, establishing connections between the IT, Business, Analytics, and Operations teams. Additionally, I led a team of 5 people.

I was responsible for Strategic Planning, Expense Management, Project Management, and the Budgeting Process within the Fraud Risk department. I created the governance structure between the Fraud Risk teams in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile (LAM South), and the United Kingdom (headquarters), fostering integration and collaboration across teams. I structured Risk and Control activities, including managing internal controls and tracking the results of HSBC teams. Additionally, I implemented an Internal Fraud Prevention Program, with Internal Communication and Training initiatives for employees. I led a team of 5 people.

I was responsible for coordinating the Strategic Planning and Annual Budget processes, assisting in cascading goals to teams. I tracked the main metrics of the insurer through presentations and reports, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. I also managed Expenses and implemented a plan that resulted in a BRL 3M cost reduction in 2011. Additionally, I created an Internal Communication Program to disseminate Strategic Planning concepts to the insurer's 500 employees. I led a team of 4 people.

Conclusion project with the purpose of understanding the exportations´pattern of four ¨in development¨ countries (Brazil, Singapore, Mexico, Korea). The study concluded that the countries that focused on exporting products with higher level of technology showed also higher socioeconomic development.

Dissertation ("Infrastructural technologies and Governance Mechanisms") which proposed to understand the importance of standardization to technical and industrial development and to verify how the governance stakeholders organize themselves in Brazilian context.

This course has provided me with a the perspective of the modern marketing process that starts with gathering customer insights, moves through content strategies and execution, and culminates in optimization and AI application.

Considering writing as a multifaceted practice across several disciplinary fields of Arts and Humanities, this Master’s Degree aims to open up a critical space for the production of a scientific, social and political reflection on the concept of text. The MA wants to develop a new model of creative writing teaching in which practices of the imagination will be based on a critical understanding of writing as a material process.
