KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES · Supporting the co-ordination and effectiveness of the Supply Category Management forum and functional network to strengthen the Supply structure, systems, process embedment and building capability within the business · Managing a program of initiatives to drive the consistent application of the 1SAP Design and Principles for the Source to Contract Process across Assets, through the functional governance structures (sub-function leaders and BPDL network) · Managing and executing initiatives to support the deployment of Supply Excellence roadmap deliverables (Source to Contract processes) · Engaging effectively with Assets and cross-functional teams to facilitate change and demonstrate business value through the adoption of standard processes · Collaborating with Assets in transferring process design and intent, including process controls and GLD (Global Level Document) requirements primarily across the S2C processes and systems, e.g. Supplier Management · Supporting the SAP business partner roadmaps and aligning them to the Source to Contract roadmap and risk mitigation process

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Lead the implementation of the category management model • Organize and direct the sourcing and strategy process for Pampa Norte to ensure the supply of goods and services under contract, according to the governance procedures • Develop and implement the supplier relationship management process in Pampa Norte • Active participation with leadership in the SAP integration project (1SAP) • Lead cost reduction initiatives, by ensuring contracts sustainability

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Control and compliance of the purchasing and contracting process. Internal audits. • Ensure reliability of inventory in the operations of Pampa Norte • Lead the process for the supplier relationship management • SAP integration project (1SAP)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities of the Company • Develop purchasing policies and procedures for service contracting and control the purchasing department budget • Manage relationships with contractor companies • Evaluate cost and quality of goods or services • Negotiate or oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts • Review and process claims about suppliers • Interview, hire and oversee training of staff • Manage information systems for the bidding process

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • KPI development and follow up • Supply management reports including warehouse, inventory and goods and services purchasing • Strategic planning and supply department budget preparation • Internal and external audit preparation • Supplier management system administration • Support for the implementation of information systems for supporting the inventory and bidding process
