Enthusiastic about people management and development, project management, communication and stakeholder management, change management, innovation and transformation management, I favor projects that involve organization, processes and technology, to promote agility. With 20 years of professional experience, I have been on a development journey divided between consulting, where I managed projects in various sectors of activity (Insurance, Banking, Industry and Utilities) and the financial sector, particularly in Banking, where I now work to lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating a project management unit, made up of project managers and scrum masters. I value a business culture marked by authenticity and loyalty, recognition of others, a sense of responsibility, determination, empathy, enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to change, in addition to the natural focus on objectives and results, proactivity and resilience.
