By increasing loading capacity, reducing loading errors and eliminating dry runs, I was able to save the company over half a million dollars.

As head waitress, I was entrusted with making our customer's special days memorable and unforgettable. By providing on time service, flawless logistics and quick decision making on stressful situations, I was able to become the youngest head waitress on the team. I was certified by Smart Serve Ontario, and was often asked to give training lessons to new team members. My attention to detail and willingness to help, earned me the privilege to head smaller events or serve VIP customers.
