Monitors and supervises students in the cafeterias, at the lunch areas, and on the filed areas. Reports behavior problems. Encourages and promotes courtesy among the students. Observes and promotes the use of safety rules.

I was responsible for helping students understand Final Cut X and assisting the instructor during class. I provided one-hour sessions for the students, so they can better understand the program. I assisted the instructor in any way possible to provide the students with a better understanding of the lesson plans.

I tutored in Photoshop and Final Cut Pro 7. I provided students with basic knowledge understanding in both programs. For example, how to use layers, layers masks in Photoshop. In Final Cut Pro, I helped students learn multi-camera editing, the roll tool, and how to use various tools, while learning the layout in both programs.

Responsible for general front office administrative duties such as greeting potential students, answering phones, faxing, and directing students to appropriate persons. Assist students in completing Financial Aid application process. Work along side Financial Aid Advisors with various projects such as filing, completing files, calling students and informing them about their financial packaging. Assisting students filling out FAFSA online and helping them fill out various student loans online one on one.

* An Instructional Aide is to assist the teacher in all facets of daily classroom management. I perform a variety of instructional tasks in support of a special education classroom * assist the teacher by performing a variety of clerical duties related to special education programs * assist in monitoring and responding to students with special needs. Assist a certificated teacher by providing individual assistance to students in academic areas * work with small groups of students to reinforce instruction provided by the teacher. Assist teachers in maintaining appropriate order and student conduct in the classroom * observe behavior of students to assure safety. Maintain routine records related to student work and classroom activities * grade tests and check student test corrections. Assist in performing general clerical duties related to classroom instruction and activities, such as typing, duplicating, filing and taking attendance. Perform related duties as assigned.
