A high calibre public speaking and presentation coach working with senior executives and rising stars. I specialise in tailor-made, one-to-one coaching programmes for my clients to ensure that they look, sound and feel confident when they speak in public. I also coach people in groups and run interactive workshops. My coaching helps my clients to develop their own unique style - no 'one size fits all' here. My methods are based on a combination of skills and techniques and learning by doing with constructive feedback. I draw on the lessons learned in my extensive business career in marketing in blue chip organisations and running my own management consultancy and on my many years of public speaking experience. My style is supportive - building on the things my clients do well when they speak - and offering feedback and practical advice and guidance on areas needing improvement.

I specialise in providing provide tailor-made, one-to-one coaching on public speaking and presentations for senior executives and rising stars. Many of my clients either have an MBA or the equivalent or are studying for one and they recognise the vital importance of presenting themselves effectively when speaking to groups or significant audiences. Some of my clients use my services for a one-off event to polish their performance. Others work with me on an on-going basis as their careers progress. Everything is geared to my clients' specific needs and their level of speaking experience. My individual coaching is delivered face to face, on Skype or on the phone - whatever is most convenient for my clients. I also run interactive group coaching sessions and workshops - which are very effective if the delegates are comfortable with each other and feel free to experiment, take risks with their speaking and push the boundaries.
