Assist partners with legal research, case briefing, litigation, depositions, discovery and arbitration.

Develop and manage the new department branching off of the Account Services Department dedicated to ensuring the continual compliance of all clients with regard to licensing.

* Research and monitor licensing requirements on the federal, state and local level to ensure clients remain in compliance. * Maintain and develop internal compliance database. * Receive and process client orders. * File client licenses/permits/registrations. * Manage periodic reporting and renewal requirements for clients. * Manage client accounts. * Produce original content for company website and social media outlets. * Monitor and respond to instances of IP infringement of company's original content.

* Perform research on Fair Housing law and precedent. * Review Fair Housing Testing files. * Draft memorandum. * Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

* Perform administrative duties, such as answering the phone, notating and filing for the Residence Hall Director. * Assist with opening and closing of the residence hall. * Distribute/forward mail, disciplinary letters and packages. * Monitor and replenish the inventory in the staff office. * Maintain staff office files and forms. * Manage the staff office, including the keys to all rooms in the residence hall.

* Process memberships, complete member invoicing, & prepare party mailings. * Research current events relating to the party. * Compose news round-ups for elected officials within the party. * Draft press releases.
