Sandor Mathe

With my team we are responsible for allocating system requirements to ECU SW architecture, defining and modeling SW architecture and developing necessary CI tools and processes to ensure proper quality of SW releases. We work closely with other ADAS system and function teams to deliver top class SW for our sensors used in various projects globally.

I was working on GE Healthcare Analytics Platform. My activities covered understanding user workflows, translating them into system requirements and user stories while keeping in touch with key stakeholders and executives. I was actively involved in user researches this way getting a closer understanding of the end-user needs.

I was responsible for all activities of the LEADER product at the Budapest location including product development, test, and series deliveries. I was directly reporting to the Business Unit Leader in Munich and have daily contact with the engineering and sales team on local markets. I was also involved in the long term, strategic planning of the product with responsibility for technical topics. In this role I got insight into railway operations and traffic management. I have also managed to build up work relationship with other organizations in the company with similar activities. (e.g. NYAB in Irving, Texas)

During this period I was responsible for leading the development of Knorr-Bremse LEADER driver advisory system. My area of responsibility covered clarification of technical requirements, project planning and coordination of development and test activities. I was in daily contact with the project management in Munich. In this period the initial team of 6 developers was increased to 15 with my contribution.

When I joined the company I was involved in the development of a driver advisory system (LEADER) which that time was started as an innovation project. Shortly after my trial period I became the coordinator of development activities beside the SW developer role.

Main responsibilities were creating new diagnostic tools for driver information systems and implementing low-level applications for the products. With these tools and activities I was directly supporting the local production facility in Hatvan, Hungary. I have gained deep insight to development and production processes as well.

Doing my thesis in the HQ of Bosch Car Multimedia and Instrumentation Systems in Leonberg, Baden-Württemberg.
