Currently, a Deputy Director at the National Skills Fund (DHET) for bursary and international scholarship programs. Appointed as NGO board member (2021) - Serving as a Board Secretary for the Arebaokeng Hospice in the East Rand. Past Spokesperson and Communications, Stakeholder Relations Manager for the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Past Brand Manager (Wilo/Salmson SA). Trained as a Journalist (The Representative Newspaper, Queenstown) but didn’t practice for too long. Matriculated at Umtata High School. NMU Media Graduate - 2004 (Golden Key International Honour's Recipient in my final year at NMU). Enrolled for a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration (M&E) at the Wits School of Governance currently. Aspiring Author. In my fun element I’m an intermediate social runner even though I don’t have aspirations for the Comrades Marathon. Currently registered under the DHET Athletics Club. I do however aspire to experience the Cape Town Cycle Tour and the Tour De France in a few years’ time. I’m good at cycling but I need more discipline and consistency in training. At my happiest I’m a mother. At my utmost best, I’m just a humble human being who enjoys public service.
