With over 27 years of experience in the water and environmental sector, I lead as Founder of a purpose-driven venture Salteraa Pvt Ltd , is committed to global leadership in brine and salt valorisation, advancing the future of ZLD and desalination with sustainable, scalable, high-impact technologies. I also lead as Founder of Aquarius H2O Dynamics Pvt Ltd . My mission is to create a sustainable, water-positive and carbon-negative world by implementing breakthrough technologies in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), wastewater reuse, and circular economy models.I specialize in plant and process design, taking ideas from creative concept to full-scale implementation. Over the years, I have fostered strategies such as: • MS³ Salt Valorization Technology – our patented process that transforms hazardous mixed ZLD salts into high-purity NaCl and Na₂SO₄, reducing landfill burden and CO₂ emissions. • Zero-Water Footprint Projects – promoting the use of treated sewage water in industries instead of river or groundwater. • Sustainable ZLD in Textiles – delivering large-scale reuse and recovery systems for leading Indian corporates for 18 years. • ZLDs establishment food grade and pharma grade water quality standards and its O&Ms. As an international speaker and a government liaison on environmental matters, I actively contribute to shaping policies and practices for a cleaner industrial future.My background includes a Master’s in Water Science from Gujarat Agricultural University, and decades of experience in designing and executing ZLD plants across textiles, tanneries, paper, pharma, chemicals, food, and oil & gas sectors.Today, through Salteraa and our flagship MS³ technology, (from our Chennai based group Company ICFCS pvt Ltd. ) we are scaling across India and globally—helping industries turn waste into resources, cut costs, and embrace true sustainability.
