In-charge for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing and C&I works.  Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approval shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.  Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment’s, fitting and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.  Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant design and existing local authority standard.  Review consultant’s design and specification.  Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to carry out by subordinates including scheduling of activities, assigning task to group or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.  Coordinate with other projects personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.  Liaise with local authorities for the approval of MEP services drawings and service connection.  Prepare shop drawings and materials submittal for consultant’s approval.

Profile:- Professional Experience in the field of Electro-Mechanical as M.E.P Manager, proficient in handling HVAC System, IBMS, Firefighting systems, Plumbing System & Electrical work, based project organization. Responsible for handling Planning –MIS & execution for MEP & Civil related procurement. In Short, responsible for Project Execution, planning and daily correspondence, implementation of Clients approved document procedure to the COMPANY Inter-Departments, Client, Vendors, Subcontractors, and other involved parties of projects. In addition to that, procurement of MEP & Civil materials as per client requirement and coordination for delivery of materials. Roles & Responsibility: ➢ Execution: • Coordinating weekly meetings with client / Contractors regarding work progress and others. • Interacting and coordinating with Design consultants & Vendors. • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly progress reports & target projection. • To monitor execution with fine quality / finishes based on drawings endorsed by client/consultant. • To produce Commissioning reports / documents based on the performance of machineries. • BOQ & drawing validation & quantification server. ➢ Review & Planning- of project progress; expediting the progress & variance analysis preparation for various activities of civil & mechanical / electrical works; managing document control. Designation: Jr. Executive. Responsibilities: Utility In charge. • Taking care of all facilities including Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Fire hydrant, sprinkler, DG power, STP, WTP etc. • Preparing all compliance report. • Preparing all laboratory check reports for water samples & WTP & STP. • Maintenance and operation of 22KV Substation and 11KV/440V HT Yard. • Maintenance and operation of 500KVA*2 DGset. • Maintenance and operation of STP and WTP. • Maintenance and operation of Fire Hydrantsystem. • Maintenance and operation of LT panel, ACB, VCB, and MCCB. • Maintenance and operation of HVAC system.
