Sourcing Requesting Quote (RFQs), Demand planning, Purchase Order placement, Purchase Order amendment, PO Analysis, supplier negotiation on Cost, lead‐time & batch‐size, forecasting, demand planning, analyze potential schedule impact, vendor development, manage inventory.  Responsible for bringing in materials on‐time for engine built & admin operations on general procurement; co‐ordinate with Engine‐center & Delivery Assurance team on the shortage parts to set expedite procedures with supplier, negotiate on priority parts for on‐time delivery (OTD).  Liaison with freight forwarding to set priority of shipment with optimal cost and pick correct mode of transportation, costing analysis, shipment tracking, INCOTERM’s.  Review optimal batch‐size, manage critical safety stock, re‐order point for proper material flow.  Manage Inventory Allocation to specific Value Stream.  Allocated Raw Materials to sub‐contractors in order to get the Finished Part at the right time.  Prepared Consumption and spend analysis for operations and Responsible for MIS report.
