Responsible for Kerala circle deployment comprising projects and programs as per customer expectation for new built, sharing, 3G & 4G passive infra upgrade projects. Handling the responsibilty of daily Huddle meeting with team to analyse progress and track bottlenecks and risks in projects in progress. Dealing with project sponsors, internal stakeholders to understand & establish project scope baseline Finalization & tracking of material & other resource requirements for projects. CAPEX cost analysis to the last WBS level & reduction as per target. Reviewing progress & risks through project war room set up to achieve deliverables Creating analytics, dashboards & review slides for customer & corporate leadership Controlling & assessing Turnkey Service Provider performance through milestone analysis & through governance meetings.

Management of Infra project management for GSM & CDMA networks of Kerala circle in co-ordination with MS team & operations team. In charge of circle passive infra operations. Responsible for Infra Opex & management of circle network expenses in line with Budget. Settlement of operational expense invoices with IP vendors.

Handled project management of new rollout in co-ordination with infra providers & own field team and carried out rollout for more than 3000 sites in two years. Invoice certification of infra providers for opex

Was responsible for formulation of site & shelter electrical layouts & national level material planning for passive infra rollout in India. Carried out project management of new anchor sites in Pune starting from site acquisition to site infra completion. Responsible for ensuring quality of the infra works & done quality training & auditing in Maharashtra, Goa, Rajasthan & Madhyapradesh

Planning and forecasting various civil & Electrical works in Telecom Infrastructure project for Tata Tele services, vendor allocation & project monitoring in Kerala, MP & Chattisgarh states Certification of payments for various infrastructure/installation works (civil & electrical) carried out by the contractors and vendors. Worked as Quality Assurance in charge and FAT incharge between Tata Tele & vendors for smooth handover of project to TTSL operations team.
