Managed an inventory valued over $62 million that includes original equipment, repair and overhaul, raw materials, point of use, and finished goods; responsible for leading the activities related to the purchasing of material, material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace Manufacturing, to include developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and material control systems. Directly responsible for leading, managing, and training over 90 team members and 22 direct reports.

Responsible for managing both Inbound and Outbound operations for a fulfillment center in a start-up environment. Responsible for directing the safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, loading, and shipping of product to customers, as well as the efficient unloading, receiving, and put away of delivered product. Directly responsible for leading, managing, training, and developing over 100 team members, to include three Area Managers and 3-5 Shift Leads.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising the execution of all logistics functions (supply, maintenance, transportation, general engineering, health services), to include the execution of supply chain management policies and procedures pertaining to procurement, receipt, inventory control, repair, storage, distribution, issue, and disposal. Throughout this period managed several multimillion-dollar accounts ranging from $32M-$88M from the tactical to strategic level to support organizations ranging in size from 800 to over 50,000 persons; Successfully led, managed, trained, and developed multiple teams ranging in size from 10-350 persons.

The M.S. in Global Logistics provides depth in logistics methods with a focus on cross-cultural management and leadership, emerging markets and global perspectives; provides specialized knowledge and practical perspectives on global operations, logistics and multicultural approaches. The four main goals of the program are (1) critical thinking, (2) communication, (3) discipline specific knowledge, (4) ethical and global leadership.

Graduate level education and training at Command and Staff College in order to develop critical thinkers, innovative problem solvers, and ethical leaders who will serve as commanders and staff officers in service, joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational organizations confronting complex and uncertain security environments. Assimilate concepts and theories and relate them to the profession of Warfighting via seminar participation, writing exercises, practical application, and war gaming exercises.

The program is designed and centered around courses in metaphysics, epistemology, and ethics. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, logic, structuring arguments, precise and clear writing, and communicating ideas.
