As Chief Commercial Officer, this role oversees our delivery of the hospitality experience, with responsibility for insights and new technology pilots across our business, and the management of strategic relationships, retention and the partner experiences and events.

Lead a team of 30+ in-venue and home office analysts who perform analytical consulting and provide performance analysis to measure and drive the hospitality business for our sports & entertainment partners. At E15, we extend Levy’s heritage to provide our clients with the same type of invaluable insights we already deliver in food and beverage to other areas of their businesses such as ticketing, profiling fan bases, identifying new potential corporate partnerships, and improving the overall fan experience. We help sports teams, entertainment venues, and cultural institutions focus on the right data and distill it into actionable plans that support every aspect of the organization, from sales and marketing through venue operations.

DBK Studio is an innovation studio that partners with startups and forward-thinking companies to pilot and scale hospitality-driven technologies at Levy venues, grounded in E15’s data and analytics expertise. We serve as the entry point to innovation at scale within the hospitality industry, cultivating relationships between technology partners and venues in professional and collegiate sports, conventions, cultural attractions, music and entertainment, special events, and restaurants. Conduct custom research projects on gamedays to collect demographic and marketing information about attendees through questionnaires and interviews; synthesize for executives

Support industry-wide initiatives including instant replay expansion, collective bargaining, salary arbitration, and player valuation Summer projects focused on pace of the game, salary arbitration, Rule 4 draft/competitive balance, CBA preparation, and youth baseball

Assess market opportunities to help fuel the growth of Intersport’s media division Research and evaluate key industry players, trends and developments in the sports and entertainment media landscape, and deliver a competitive analysis on findings Determine financial implications of identified initiatives, including execution costs, growth rates and projected revenue streams Present findings and a recommendation to senior management
