He predominantly plays at the full back position. Here are some of his career achievements: Earned a bronze medal along with the Indian team at the 2007 Men’s Hockey Champions Challenge, held in Belgium Captained the Indian team that won the 2009 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup that took place in Ipoh and had been entitled as “Man of the Tournament" Silver medal at the Commonwealth Games of 2010, held in New Delhi Helped India win the 2012 Summer Olympics qualifiers against the host Malaysia, and went on to become the highest scorer of that Olympic tournament Received the “Arjuna Award” by the Government of India for his contribution to the sports in 2010
