Responsibilities: Pre-Contract Stage :- * Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BoQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer; Liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications there to. * Quantity Take Off for all MEP Package (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BoQ with description. * Analysis of rates for Labour, Material and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items. * Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within. * Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions. Post Contract Stage:- * Receive, scrutinize and forward to the Client:- • R. A. Bills with approved measurements sheets submitted by Contractors. •Check claims of extra items, rate analysis, variations. •Final bill with approved measurement sheets. * Attending periodic site review meeting with Contractors PM, Consultants and Employer for cost estimation and budgets. * Site Visit for technical supervision regarding MEPwork (Plumbing,Firefighting,STP,IBMS,Electrical,Gas Bank,HVAC,OWC) * Preparing and presenting the final account to the Client, including any necessary reconciliation. * Explanation against the budget. Responsibilities: Verification of BOQ based on the design and drawings prepared by respective Consultant Review of tender document and providing comments thereupon Review/analysis of the tender queries and preparation of bid clarifications. Preventive maintenance &Breakdown maintenance of DG Set, Compressor, Sub-Station, E/A Set. A/C Plant, Fire Fighting System, EI System. Good knowledge about control panels, sensors, drivers, feeder, generator, transformer, cables related work. Fault diagnosis and also troubleshoot those problems Also knowledge of handling manpower.
