As a Platforms Delivery Lead, managing a team of 250+ resources at Onshore (UK) + Offshore (India); b) Ireland Utilities client – A large System Integration engagement managing client’s nationwide Smart Metering program. Leading a team of 100+ resources at Onshore (Ireland) + Offshore (India). Previously (Jul'14 - Apr'19), worked as a Delivery Manager for SAP in a complex SI (Systems Integration) Program for one of the largest Utilities companies in the UK (Scotland) managing a team of 100+ SAP ISU Consultants @ Accenture Pune (including the delivery for Application Outsourcing engagement for the same client). Earlier (Feb'08 - June'14), worked with Accenture, Mumbai in the space of SAP SCM Solutions with one of the largest FMCG companies in the world as Project Manager & Delivery Lead for Foods & HPC divisions (Europe + America) & Project Manager managing a team of 50+ SAP APO Functional Consultants. Extensive experience in the AO (Application Outsourcing) space esp.SAP Delivery Management for larger scale Application Maintenance Projects as well leading complex System Integration (SI) Projects. Management Graduate in the field of Operations & Supply Chain Management, ITIL V3 certified AO consultant and Accenture certified AO Specialist
